A comment on cookies and niche
Not sure if everyone is seeing this this year, but in my niche, here's what I'm finding:

    Click through to sale

    Avg: 3 days, 21 hours
    Min: 1 min, 11 sec
    Max: 36 day

    Visit to sale

    Avg: 3 days, 23 hours
    Min: 5 min, 9 sec
    Max: 36 days

So, when you're joining a new program, be WELL aware of cookie length. I can see my commissions being MUCH smaller this year with the wrong merchants.

(By the way, this includes data from my last 32 sales.)

Yeah, cookie length is one of the most important factors I consider before joining a new merchant or dropping a low-performance merchant. Generally speaking, any cookie length less than 15 days will be a waste of time. 30 days and up is reasonable. I tend to push harder on merchants with longer cookie length.

Absolutely! I see about 1/3 of my sales depending on cookies. I seldom take a look at a merchant with less than 15 days - I don't work for free.
