    Support Tickets Question
    Hi there..I am new to the forum. I submitted a support ticket early yesterday morning and resubmitted it by email last night. No response or reply yet. Just curious how long it takes to get replies for support tickets? I would like to have my website live within the next day or so and I can't proceed without a reply to my question. I am not upset or anything and not trying to start something just wondered if someone could tell me an average wait time for replies. If its too long I am going to have to phone thats all!

    I usually get an answer within 48 hrs (unless a weekend/holiday ...)

    Please help with getting reply to the ticket #MKN-984444 about delay with my payments. I posted it almost 3 days ago but it is still unanswered.

    Please check Ticket JQY-382431 ASAP!

    What's wrong with payments? The prevoius payment was delayed, now the current with a strange tax information request?
    Couldn't shareasale request required information in advance?

    What's wrong with payments via ACH to nonUS affiliates? Delayed without any nitice that time? Give us more info, SAS!

    Not aware of any delay with ACH payments, they all went out on schedule.

    Brian, my payment is delayed again, transaction id #22347945

    Payment 7/1 - 7/31 Commissions - ACH Deposit Sent July 20 Rejected Payment July 2009

    So, the question is still the same: should i submit a ticket again? why this happens every month and which form do i need to send to you to avoid such delays in future?

    A payment rejection is different from a delay and indicates that something was wrong with the settings in your account such as an incorrect routing number or account number... If this is happening a lot I'd like to look at some of your past tickets and find out why. I'll see what I can find out.

    I didn't change anything in my settings since SAS sent payment to me last month. At the begining that payment was rejected with the same reason and sent only after i raised ticket question.

    Brian,

    Did you have a chance to look into the problem? Ticket #STN-475525.
    It is similar to #MKN-984444 that was resolved a month ago.
