EDIT: I see that Haiko is peering in and not knowing which side to take.
I'll get back to tearing my site apart and putting it back together as best as I know how.

MCT - Thanks for the call.
I may have to re-think the brain storming session with great folks like you!
Now I can fade into the background a happy man.

Last night I was thinking about this...
Since we already have these threads available here:
What are you listening to right now? - Thread
What's the Weather Like Where You Are Today? - Thread
What are you watching right now? - Thread
What are your goals? - Thread
How about a "What are you thinking right now?" thread, or some similar title?
That way we can post what we may have in mind at the moment, and without any risk of derailing any innocent post, by accident...
Btw, if that's a bad idea... Just cancel it!

Only 2 smilies in that entire post?
A well thought out and intelligent post requires at least 4 smilies, but from YOU, we expect at least twice that count.

Maybe I am getting but, I can't think of my smilies at the same sime I am watching "The Masked Magician reveals the secrets to tricks such as walking on water", on TV.

July 7th, 2009, 03:23 AM #20Since the people are complaining that the economy is bad, I have to save some smilies, just in case...
So I went in and told the accountant that due to budgetary constraints we could not add any more asterisks to the report, as we had already used up that years allotment, and may have to remove some of them that were already there.
She never bothered us again.

edit: CCB - I hear that Hershey canned their Affiliate Program..
Can that be good news for you?
Maybe you can pick up some affiliates that NOW know that you are more reliable than the Hershey Corp. -

There was another thread on Hershy's, retail really is not Hershy's strength. They shut down the store.. not just the program.. they were really not much of a direct competitor, since their product could be shipped by ground in the winter months, but if someone needs to plug a hole in their web site I'm all for it.. (at least Hershy's was using some form of real chocolate which is more than I can say for the major places in my segment, and some of the Hershy's upscale stuff was pretty good).

Mods are human!
And, yes, MCT is a mod, he's actually a super Mod, But the absolute last thing he did was a power play ... the "don't question Mods" [publicly] is part of the board's rules - it's not a power thing, its to prevent public backlash on any Mod actions. I'm sure we can all understand the logic there.
Our mods have done an absolute stellar job over the past 8 years and as of late even more so with the recent deluge of spam, so please remember that Mods aren't super human gods .... but they do have their workload and pressures.
