Exclamation Microsoft warns of serious security hole
Microsoft warned users Monday about yet another serious security flaw related to its Internet Explorer browser for which there is no fix.

Security firm Symantec said the vulnerability, which affects PCs using Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 operating software, is already being taken advantage of by cybercriminals.

    NO FIX

Man it seems like they would give a link back to their source so we could find more details. A right up on MSN was the same. Searching on nothing.

A skeptic like me might wonder if this is just a "scare tactic" intended to push more users to upgrade their Windows version?

I don't doubt that Windows XP has serious security holes, but Microsoft has always been secretive about security holes in its "current" versions of Windows, so this just smells really bad.
