I read over this and thought "WTF?" Cancelling commisions earned that amount to under AU$250 by anyone who hasn't produced a sale in 2 years? How about paying those commisions THEN you can kick them out of your program.
This kind of crap is down right SHADY.On 10th of July 2009, HotelClub shall be making an inventory of its Affiliate database.
We advise that all affiliate accounts that have not generated at least 1 confirmed hotel booking in the two years prior to this date and whose outstanding commission amount is AU$250 or less will have those outstanding commissions canceled.
Going forward, any account that fails to generate AU$250 in commissions over a two year period will have the associated commissions forfeited. This change is necessary due to the number of dormant accounts currently in existence within the HotelClub and RatesToGo Affiliate Program.
In the event that you wish to discuss these changes, please contact us at HotelClub_Affiliates at orbitzworldwide.com
As per the terms of the HotelClub and RatesToGo Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions, should you continue to participate in the HotelClub and RatesToGo Affiliate program following receipt of this notice, you will be deemed to have accepted the change outlined in this mail.
