    Question Email Response from CJ
    I sent an inquiry to CJ and got a response as follow -;

    Recently you requested personal assistance from our on-line support center. Below is a summary of your request and our response.

    We will assume your issue has been resolved if we do not hear from you within 72 hours.

    Thank you for allowing us to be of service to you.

    Most of the time, the issues are closed, which I don't need to contact them anymore. Anyhow, with the recent issue, I need to get their advice on a couple of issues. Then, I found out that I don't know how I can contact them to discuss further on this issue. The email address sent to me is the "no response" email.

    Can you please advise? Thanks!

    In the cj interface click on Contact Us and then "Check Question Status Go".

    Does CJ by any chance have a live person I can call and talk to instead of this email crap. They can't seem to either understand my question or maybe I'm not writing it correctly so I would prefer to talk to someone instead. Anyone know a number that I can call to reach someone?

    I've never had any luck with their e-mail either, but every time I've called I've gotten a quick resolution.
