    You are impossible to contact!
I am thinking of using your highest level service but have several pre sales questions. After spending 10 mins on your website looking for a contact email address all i could find was the general support one which i emailed to get the automated reply basically saying you are too busy to actually read the email i sent and go away and look at the help guides on your site. Given this i am not sure i actually want to do business with you. but whilst i consider that who do i need to email to ask pre sales questions to please

When you send email you get a ticket #
Wait 24-48 hour and reply with ticket #
    They do tend to reply.

There is a contact page that lists a couple of different options for how you can contact us. It also lists some different emails you can contact depending on the nature of your request. http://www.popshops.com/contact

The auto-respond email just tries to answer the most frequently asked questions that we get in support emails.
