    How long can a merchant take to "accept" a sale?

    Advertisers have between 40 and 70 days to correct a txn. The range depends on when the original txn occurred (beginning of the month vs end of the month) and whether the txn was ever extended. Advertisers must decide to accept, correct or extend by the 10th of the month for txns occuring in the previous month (or extended txns from the month before that).
