    HELP - SAS Site Offline and Links Not Working!
    Can't log in to SAS
    Tested a couple of links and none are working! Eventually this message comes up: "Service Unavailable"

    Help, please!

    Not really good news for me. I was getting some of my links working, but not able to log into SAS. STILL not able to log into SAS. I get this message:

    "The web site you are accessing has experienced an unexpected error.
    Please contact the website administrator."

    Now some of my links still work. But some don't.

    Not being able to log into SAS, I am unable to file a support ticket.

    HELP!!!!

    Yep, same here...I found one vendor's links that worked, but all the rest go to the above link. "Tracking and redirects are functioning properly."—NOT! What a snafu!!!

    umm only checked one site but least 5 of 5 merchant links aren't working.

    Hopefully they were those just not fully back up yet. Not gonna panic and go checking anymore to see. I can be very patient.

    ok, did just a teeny bit more checking. Not sure why it would be this way but I'm gettin 2 different error messages. One is like the rest that have said but the other is just saying "There is an error in the link code" I've never gotten that one before I don't think.

    So.. um may be bit more concerned now. Pretty, pretty please tell me that doesn't mean whatever was done is gonna mean I'm gonna have to change those links saying there's an error in the link code.

    Yes - your login will... that's what I meant by monitoring - sorry, I wasn't clear at all! We are keeping the interface closed for a while as we monitor things....

    Tracking and redirects should be 100%.

    Login to interface will not. That will put you to the maintenance page.

    Reports not working for me. Or maybe login. Trying to do a Day At A Glance report from a bookmarked page, where it sends you to a login page then shows the report after you log in.

    Okay, worked if I logged in first then chose Today's Stats. Kind of. The summary data for 8/25 is inaccurate (almost all zeros). But my current balance looks like the day's transactions (or at least most of them) are included (based on where it was this morning and how much I typically do in a day).

    Looking at detail now to see if tracking might have been affected. Looks like the detail for the day is there, except for one gap of (at the most) 2 hours.
