Jangro.com? I didn't know that they reviewed software.
My friend also recommended I wait a few months for the bugs to be ironed out.

    Some more reviews here.

    http://www.webmasterworld.com/macint...er/3973014.htm

I am going to wait too since I have way too much to do and haven't even migrated some of my files on PC to my macbookpro yet. PC has to only be in safe mode to be able to get it going so annoyingly slow. I also put down a chunk to upgrade from CS3 to CS4. Most likely no issues there but no time to deal with that if there are probs.

Jangro.com reviews software upon request only from MrMackin.

I did upgrade my MacPro a few days ago and didn't have any problems other than a few apps needing emergency upgrades. Even Quickbooks Pro works, which still amazes me.

I have seen mixed reviews, and one report of someone actually downgrading. (yikes!)

There are some fun new things like new exposé features, on-screen keyboard tools (there's a new character tool that made it super easy to get that é), and improved stacks, but nothing to get all worked up about. Reading between the lines, these features are all setting up for a tablet computer.

IMO, there are no major benefits that warrant jumping on this right away.

My advice, wait at least for the inevitable 10.6.1 update and for all the software developers to catch up with their Snow Leopard computability scrambling.

You're not missing out on much.
