I noticed the reversals were batched in last night, the 10th. HOWEVER, the partial sales that were not returned were not batched (in credit form) back to us as they are typically each month...

I for one do not understand why Zappos has to return the entire sale when only one shoe has been returned and then turn around and manually credit (in a batch) the items that were not returned.

This is *ss backwords and inefficient at best....
