    Search results (what is searched)
    G'day,

I am trying to use the search facility for a site. I am running into a problem I hope someone may be able to help in.

If I do a search on a necklace for eg in the following scenarios:
Vendor1 - Item title is Red Garnet Necklace with generic description
Vendor2 - Item title is Necklace with Red Garnets with generic description
Vendor3 - Item title is Gem Necklace with description saying "red garnet gem necklace"

The descriptions are what are seen in Popshops when looking at an item.

A seach for "Necklace" shows results from all 3 vendors.

When I do a search for "Red necklace" from those 3 vendors - only Vendor1 and Vendor2 results show.

Now, I need to know how to get results from all 3 vendors come up when I do a search like "Red necklace" or "Garnet Necklace"

Does anyone know how to do it?

So what about "Red or Garnet Necklace", or "Red | Garnet Necklace", what does that bring up?

Tried that, did not work. It appears not to search the description, though I have found on some other products that the brand name which comes after the description does turn up in searches.

A bit confused why this is so.

This is because the item title in vendor 3 does not use the term red or garnet, so vendor 3 does not show up. They do show up in the search for necklace as that word is in the title.

That's good information that should be made sticky or part of a FAQ.
    Thanks
