I'm sure by now ABWers realize WebMaster Mike is reveling in helping to destroy the info peddling Dupers, fueling the IAB/DMA Telemarketers. Ever notice your phone doesn't ring as much at dinner time? Thank you FTC and the "do-not-call list".

Well being that my Liberal sensitivity classes have dulled my Darwinism outlook, I no longer feel those Telemarketing workers needed to be rounded up and shipped to India or Pakistan. Outsourcing the job...not the worker... seems more humain. Now comes the quandry of what to do with these unemployed useless masses before they jump on the Kerry Free lunch -Welfare/Medicare state rolls or take up affiliate marketing.

By the end of 2003, 65 million phone numbers had been entered into the National Do Not Call Registry. What to do with the thousands no longer in Telemarketing who also see list brokering and spamming revenues dry up. While this has been a victory for consumers, who don't want to be disturbed at home, it has been a disaster for the people who used to make those calls or worked so hard to make you bigger and harder via e-mails.

Thousands of former telemarketers now find themselves unemployed, and embittered, and Bush bashers. It hasn't been easy for former telemarketers to begin new careers. The characteristics of a successful cold-caller -- a penchant for one-sided conversations, immune to slammed phones at the end of curse words, the ability to ignore social cues, a lack of empathy -- aren't valued by many other industries. Snagging the daytime obsessive/compulsive shopper is now best left to eBay.

Some have moved on to other careers, such as bill collectors, customer service reps for cellular providers, auto repro men, and full-service brokers (pimps) for other forms of Ad Whores who don't have a seedy street corner to hawk their wares.

A group of ex-telemarketers saw that their former colleagues needed help, so they formed Don'tHangUp.com, a non-profit organization that helps old phone jockeys with their re-introduction into society. They called upon their chief monitizer and enabling partner, the affiliate networks, to play upon the plight of this unfortunate unemployable group of losers. The PR spin goal is to provide support, re-education, and -- for the most skilled on the phone -- new jobs. Being a legit charity on paper they turn to TopMoxie for solutions to enable former Telemarketing management to syphon off management fees from online sales commissions. The management gets 90% for BHO administration costs with the remained given to the group. The best of breed phone closers get a job too! After all, Don't Hang Up is a charity, which means it's exempt from the rules of the Do Not Call Registry. So there's no need to call Don't Hang Up to make a donation -- they'll be calling you, probably around dinnertime.

A suitable network will host the affiliate Don'tHangup.com program, offering 600 major merchant pay-per-sale offerings, along with a sister site Gotcha.com $0.05 cent drive-by infestation lead fees. A real Tu-fer-one winner easily shoe horned into this industry.

Does the Federal Elections Commission know you're playing with the computer?

Gottcha and Gotcha.com along with Donthangup.com were probably snatched up by the cootie URL crowd. ABW Liberals should go against their non-humorous nature and take up a collection and donate B-a-HO.com , AdWhores.com and pimp-a-HO.com to Me & Charlie as they're wide open. Buy them for me and I'll put them to good work for remedial training courses and Ad-vice for wannabee sleezebag affiliates and AM's. Gotta protect the trademark/copywrites of verbage coined at ABW....

    Hey Mike!

My spyware detector has found that your browser is infected with the GOP-a-Whore virus. Every one of your posts somehow gets a right-wing political message inserted, making it seem like you and everything you post is off-topic and irrevelant.

You need to do something about this soon! People of all political bents, Republican & Democrats will get the idea that you are nothing but a right-wing simpleton, spamming every thread with Pro-GWB, anti-Democrat garbage!! My, God, how that must irk you, given your righteous indignation towards SPAM of all sorts. Don't give up hope. This can be beat! This political spam can be defeated!

What are you talking about, Mike?

I used to work in telemarketing. I was good, too. It's where my nickname comes from.

There's a gaping loophole in the DNCL law that still has your phone ringing, and it's involved with neither political campaigns nor non-profits. It's called "prior relationship".

Every call I made had a prior relationship.

Got a credit card? Didja order from a catalog? Yep, prior relationship.
Dr. Strangeweb, or how I learned how to stop worrying about SERPS and love the WOM.

It's humorous to see the liberal socialists self destruct using the tried and true tactics of the modern day Jehadi Muslims. Gotta love Kerry's multiple speaches promising he'll create 10 million new jobs and turn over the USA's protection to the UN. Makes the Adwhore sites spin and promises seem mild in comparision.

Fact Kerry can't create 10 million new jobs for employable age unemployed folks! Their are only 8.6 million unemployed USA citizens, so his stupid math and mouth promises what he can't deliver. Watching him squirm and lie his way out of his platform promises, before a vote is cast, is hilarious. The fact anyone believes him even even more hilarious. He have to hope Bill Clintons and Al Sharptons stud service was set up to father 1.4 million more Americans turning 18 by 2005, or enact child slave labor camps like they do in Asia. Then make sure the USA has ZERO unemployment.

No wonder the Clinton democrates invented both the internet, the .com bomb economy, and COOKED BOOKS all at the same time...

Mike, trying to explain the inaccuracies and fallacies in your post would be like trying to explain to a 4 year old girl with down syndrome why the moon isn't made of cheese.

Both would be impossible and both would just be sad in the end.

As you're always going on about dupers, it make me wonder when you'll finally free yourself from the shackles of denial and admit you've been duped by the DupeMeister himself.
