Using Your Product Feed From buy.at
I've not done much with any of the buy.at merchants, but I have a site I'd like to use the Swarovski product feed on.

I went into my account at buy.at, went to the product feeds and selected the Swarovski feed.

I downloaded and looked at it, and I couldn't find anywhere that my buy.at affiliate information was put into the buy url.

As I said, I'm really pretty much a "newbie" at the product feeds and the entire affiliate setup at buy.at.

Can anyone tell me how to identify whatever affiliate code buy.at uses and where it would be in the Swarovski or any other product feed? I really don't want to build with this datafeed software only to have to rebuild because I haven't included my buy.at affiliate code in the links.

    Thanks.

    Hi Gary,

I have a guide I'm getting ready to send over to you which should provide clarity on working with our product feeds.

For your specific question, the affiliate code is the users handle / username which should be part of the links in the product feed download.

    e.g. buyat_short_deeplink_url = http://3mobileshop.at/affiliate2/18T750D188.html

For the affiliate2 test account. Affiliate2 being the handle / username.

    Does that help?

Thanks, Amy. The tip you gave here and the pdf file you sent me answer my questions. Just got a product feed up on one of my sites and getting ready later today to put it up on another.

Might get some of those holiday shoppers, I hope!!
