I have a bit of Prom traffic coming to the site and was wondering what a good merchant to promote would be ?

    Thanks,
    Rich

They were once known as Dresses Only and it seems like there a lot of tracking problems with them in the past. Is that all straightened out ?

When you go to their site I don't see any 'affilaite program' links. I'll go poke around Sharesale.

I realize that the prom crowd is probably just a bunch of window shopping teens dreaming about their big day and will more than likely spend at their local shops.

None of the above merchants ever worked well for me. Lots of clicks and no sales.

I use the eBay marketing kit links to "prom" dresses and other "formal" wear listings.

They pay much more than $0

BTW, I sold one of my daughter's formal dresses for More than I paid for it on eBay!
And, we bought a brand new Victoria Secret Formal Dress Very cheap.

I've been working with teens for lo this past decade and have to say that gettnthar's experience doesn't surprise me. Could just be our market, but our kids aren't likely to buy something prom-related online. Not that we won't put a nice package of links together...

warning what ever you do Stay away from linxsatellite and sharesale I sold 97 dishes and they all got killed. Go with Vmc You'll be better off. It's bad when the merchent pays the house to rip of affiliats.

Last year I was numero uno for prom dresses. Couldn't find a decent merchant either.

I have never tried these guys. Prom dresses have nothing to do with my site, but they seem to have an affiliate program. How good I don't know but might be worth a shot.

Nothing changed with the name change. The haven't produced for me for a couple years so I dropped them. I've had good prom dress traffic and have had recent sales with loralie (CJ), alight (CJ) and avenue (LS). Another one that looks promising is PromDressShop.com (indy) although I've not had much experience with them yet.

You might want to check out the merchants at Red Galoshes. There must be a couple there that will fit your needs.
