    IE Is Such a POS
I haven't used IE in a long, ling time. Today, I wanted to check how a site looked in IE so I launched IE8. When I type in any URL, it just sits there and the little "Connecting" message just sits there and spins.

I can't open any website with IE8. What a POS. Is this some sort of default setting these idiots have applied?

    Thank goodness for FF.

I can't even load IE8 on this computer (which is a desktop). I can on the XP netbook, so have to check sites there.

Everyone needs to just ditch IE and fast.

I hope my bosses read this thread (or a similar one somewhere). They have us stuck in IE6 land. And we run Windows 2000. You'd think companies these days would understand the problems of having a decade old operating system. IE is awful.
