Just a quick thanks to Frita and Dan for helping us figure out what we were doing wrong with our initial setup, and sorry for all of the stupid questions.
I realize this time of year you've got to be pretty swamped and really appreciate the great support!

I was also impressed with PopShops responsiveness getting us up and running as a merchant.

I also have kudos to post. Devon answered a trail of emails for me after 9pm the other night, shortly after I sent a support request.-Don't criticize anyone til you've walked a mile in their shoes. Then when you do criticize them, you'll be a mile away and have their shoes.

Ditto on the kudos. PopShops has found the secret to perpetual motion and the team does not sleep. I've had non-automated answers to questions come in at 2 in the morning, on weekends, on holidays, during flu season, at times when "normal" people are off the clock.
