I have a page that contains a lot of items. I would like to only show 20 items per page and paginate the rest, but I don't want to have multiple pages.
For example, I don't want...
www . site .com/stuff.php?page=2
www . site .com/stuff.php?page=3
www . site .com/stuff/page/2
www . site .com/stuff/page/3

Yes, it does make sense. There are many ways to go about this. You could spit out one table per page and set the style to display:none on all of them except the one you're showing. jQuery simplifies this all on the client. Depending on your requirements, may take 30 minutes to 2 hours.
