I have been working with them for a while and for some reason i get the sneaky suspecion that they are holding back money i should be getting. I have a lot of high ranked sites for keyword prhases and have done pay aper click and its not paying off with them,.. do you know if they hold back money from people?

Shiner, I've had the same thoughts. Very poor return ($) for the clicks.

Can anyone with a long-term track record with NCS give us some insight? Are they honest to work with or freakin' scammers?

i gather not many people have credit card sites as many peopel who do use ncsreporting, it apparently work sout that every 150 clicks you make a sale $33, aim again im finding is to forget PPC and work hard at creating articles based on keyword phrases, lots of them get them ranked high

Good luck with credit cars, I've always heard that that is such a competitive field that I have just stayed away from it. I do have a link or two up from one cc company, and I do get a sale once or twice a year, but I've always found that it is best to find unexploited niches and develop them.

I do hope you find a company that converts for you!
Following everyone else is a GREAT way to become average.

I have dropped all but 2 of my cc sites. I make much more money with other things. The credit cards are a pita. Always changing their offers, pages need constant updating even though the product doesn't change. They were great back in the capitol one days.

So you want to get sites in overly saturated, very competive fields? Good luck. I would go ahead into the smaller niches.

It's going to take more than hard work to get in the top 10 of those niches you listed. Do you own a black hat?

Ok, need some feedback: Can anyone comment (from experience) whether NCS is legit or scammers? Your thoughts appreciated.

$33 per 150 click thrus does not sound all that bad. How does that compare to other credit card offers? If it is low, then drop them and use another program. It is as simple as that. This is affiliate marketing, not rocket science.

We started off with about 6 credit cards and some loans, never got a single click on any, you are right, the rates change to fast,
We thought amercian express would draw traffic, with thier cash back plan, zilch, same as most airlines, rates change too fast, and most people prefer a reliable travel agency, and airport security, travel in the past 2 years is bus, train car, frequent flyers my butt. If they can't wear it,eat it, play with it,smell it, or wear it, plus some lower cost jewelry, music, videos books we don't try to sell it. I don't trust car salesmen, why would i by aclunker online. Who sets up the registration, insurance, etc. Unfortunatly, New Jersey still is number one in the highest auto insurance rates.
    my opinions.

Another great program is the CreditCards.com Partnership Program. We payout up to $90.00 per approved application. We payout out every 30 days.

CreditCards.com is a new program, but why would anyone want to join the program. For years CreditCards.com has run up the prices on search networks (Google, Yahoo, MSN) just to push the little man out of the business. And now they want us to join just to knock us down even more. Talk about evil empire. Give me a break!

    Think about it.

I thought that's called competition, don't see anything evil about that.

I just noticed you have a lot of posts about them:

"Question: Is CreditCards.com going to quit bidding against their affiliates?
    Answer: NOOOOOO!

Why- Cause they are in the business just like the rest of us, to make money!"

Oh No!!! They're a business that wants to make money. Who do they think they are?

The point is not competition. The point is that while CreditCards.com is promoting, "join our program" they are also making it harder for their and all affiliates to make it in the business do too their high bids on the search engines.

First, you have the banks inflating the costs and now your affiliate program is inflating them too.

The main goal of a business is to "yes" make money, but also to help their affiliates make money too.
