    Product Catalog Transfers FAILING!
CJ's product catalogs are transfered to OUR server. Since yesterday ALL transfers are failing. Anyone else having this problem?

This is what we get in notification emails per file

    com.cj.platform.exception.UnrecoverableNestedException: filename=... Nested Exception: com.cj.platform.ftp.FtpException: 500 I won't open a connection to ...

From what I heard they are aware of it and it is the old datafeed server that is having problems (for those set up years ago). They are suggesting people use the new FTP server and manually push the feeds.

If you are new to getting feeds from them directly, you may want to contact them as this may be a new separate issue.

I'm having the same problem and all my feeds where set up recently on the new setup.

I used the contact setup to report it yesterday, but I guess they are to busy working on the problem to answer.

I just started using the product feeds last week and always got the error. I assumed it was something I was doing wrong and put off my development till I had more time. Hopefully they will get fixed soon.

I use wget to transfer CJ (and others) data to my server with a cron job. Wget retries the download (until it gets through?). If I do the cron job during the work day there are often 200 or more transfer errors that wget eventually gets through. If I run the cron job late at night there are very few errors (0 to 10)

I was having the problem too. I went to the ftp setup area and clicked save without changing anything and since then I didn't have another problem...of course it might have been a coincidence.

That worked for me too. Yesterday I went to each catalog subscription in CJ by using the Edit link. Then I hit save. During the night the Catalogs where sent to my ftp with no problem.

Where on CJ can we do our own feeds? I don't see the button or link.
