Sticky Posts - How Do You Make Them For Categories In Wordpress?
I know how to make posts sticky for the front page, very easy just check a box off.

But how would you make a post sticky for each category? I've been looking around and see some others looking for something like this but not a solid solution.

My plan is when someone clicks over to a category to have one post stickied to the top and in that post can be different things. What's hot, what's new, introduction, can think of lots of things it can be used for.

I figured if there was a plugin for when you make posts, there was a little box you can check to sticky it and pick which category to sticky it but can't find one.

Or a way to number the posts in each category and you can give the one you want to sticky a permanent page 1 or 0 or whatever but I don't know if/how you can do that.

So if anybody knows a plugin I'm missing or some other way, thanks.

I haven't tried it yet, but this one may do what you need.

I must have missed that one when looking but thanks for that one. I just tried it out and it works. After you activate it you just pick a category and it'll show all the posts in the category, then there is a box on the right of each post where you can put numbers in to order them. I just put 1 in the one I want stickied and looks like it works great. Thanks again.
