Hi everyone,

Just wanted to pass on something that you may want to research further. Fasting has been helpful. Actually not only for weight loss...we should all be doing it on a regular basis but I feel it would be a great start to any weight loss program. Just starting out with a 2-3 day fast to clean out all of the old junk,toxins. Also from my research cutting out animal products and cooked food as much as you can is helpful.

Getting more raw food into your diet seems to be helpful as well.
