    WordPress woes in Internet Explorer
    Anybody have ideas why my wordpress blog would show up just fine in Chrome and Firefox, but not in IE? The only thing I see in IE is essentially the blog title and the latest post's title, but with no text from that post. No other posts, categories, archives, etc. show up at all. Nada, zilch.

    I usually don't use IE, so I just noticed this, but I'm pretty sure it used to show up fine in IE.

    Seeing the same as you. IE it's messed up for some reason.

    Try another theme real quick. If it's fine with the new one, the problem is with your current theme. If you're still having the same problems with another theme, must be the code or something you're using with the blog.

    ditto to what Trust said and also submit a bug report to the creator of the theme you are using so they can adjust it to work with IE (need to check all versions too).

    Can you check out your posts and see if there is any extra stuff coming into your content via the "HTML View"

    I'm not sure but it looks like you maybe are taking stuff from a word doc and pasting it into Wordpress with extra header / tags that arent needed. ...

    Code:
    <!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> <o:OfficeDocumentSettings> <o:AllowPNG /> </o:OfficeDocumentSettings> </xml><![endif]--><!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> <w:WordDocument> <w:View>Normal</w:View>

    Thanks all. Magi, you're right that I write these in Word. It looks like I forgot to use the "Paste from Word" function to strip the extra HTML junk out on some posts. Cleaning that up appears to fix the problem with showing the posts. Next I'll work on getting the side bars to show up again.

    Trust, good idea. Changing the theme didn't fix it, so it looks like I'll fiddle with my code.

    Once I got all the code cleaned up in each post, my sidebars came back in IE. Looks like I'm good to go. Thanks all.
