Richard - thanks for the heads up, not sure if they changed that or if I wrote it wrong but the link is now fixed.
The tax situation is fluid - I encourage you to keep watch at the AffiliateAdvocacy.com and PMA websites as they tend to be ahead of the curve in recognizing problem areas.Thanks,

The situation is so fluid it almost changes daily.
States are talking about online sales tax in their current budget talks, in town meetings and other locations. It is on the agenda in many states in the upcoming sessions - both regular sessions and emergency sessions.
States are planning legislation, planning on changing interpretation and starting to enforce current laws in a more agressive fashion. Affiliates in a couple of states are getting terminated by merchants as I type due to tax audits from some states.
It is going to be a hectic year.
