    bowlingshirt.com did not track (Problem with PayPal Checkout - FIXED)
    I purchased through one of my links on 12/12/2009 and the click tracked but not the sale. Method of payment was paypal. I know that can be a problem. Awaiting investigation from shareasale.

    Hi Cathy - I'm actually applying the commission for you as we speak - thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're looking into the PayPal tracking to make sure the ball isn't dropped again.

    Update - working on this now - we'll advise when it's resolved - in the meantime, Cathy, your commission is credited. Thanks for working with us.

    Thanks Wade. Not so worried about the commission on my own transaction but want to be sure that all affiliates get their commissions with all methods of payment.

    Definitely - we want to see all commissions properly paid as well. The affiliate channel has been awesome for us this year and we'll do our best to make sure we get everythign worked out ASAP.

    Quick update on this...we've tracked down the issue and for payments through Paypal, Paypal is redirecting to the incorrect return url post payment even though the proper url is in the account settings. We've opened a support ticket with Paypal and hope to get this resolved quickly.

    Paypal has fixed the issue with the return URL and that has restored tracking on PayPal payment orders. We've verified this with testing and it's tracking fine again. (All other order methods didn't have a problem...we tested those on Friday as well, just to be certain!)

    Moderator Note: I've updated the thread title.

    All AMs should take note of this and double-check to make sure any alternate checkout options (PayPal, Google, etc.) track correctly. MANY don't.
