That will happen at the end of each quarter if margins aren't met.

A few more points to ponder...
Wonder is their stock will jump all over the board like my PR??

How long before they start adding content to there site??

Will spidering competitors sites be considered corporate spying??
    Thanks,
    Doug

That's a given. The only question is how much and how often.

I think the new shareholders should be made aware of all the software out there that pops up over their SE results, Adsense and Adwords causing them lost revenue, their advertisers lost traffic and sales etc.

I also think this will just speed along their move to a full fledged portal so they can become the new Yahoo

I think that will be a hard thing to do. I'd also like to grab some of the stock up. Anyone have any ideas on the best chances of getting some when they do come out. I'm thinking of going to Stanley and Morgan and opening up an act. I beleive they are one of the companies handling the underwriting.

Anyone here with some good advise as how to go about it?

I've always had the best luck with IPO's (especially tech stocks) by waiting about 18 months post-IPO and start buying then. I made about 20k doing that with Amkor tech a few years back
