I just wondered what forums members thoughts were on the Norton Internet Security Products Blocking affiliate text links, banners and affecting adSense revenue

What damage limitation exercises can affiliates undertake to ensure this problem doesn't get out of hand?

How much of an impact it will have?

What are the networks and companies like Google doing about it?

this was quite the topic of discussion most of this last winter on this board. you may find old posts in this area and also in CJ's area.

both Haiko and CJ were trying to negotiate with Norton et al to find a solution to the blocking action. I've seen nothing here in recent days posted on the subject.

i don't think Adsense was affected but don't quote me.
