Nowadays I'm used to making a cursory scan of senders and subjects and deleting 99% of my e-mail unread.

I'm sure most people here do the same.

Today I was almost caught off guard.

Amongst all the 'Colon Cleansers' and 'Member Enlargers' there was one loan e-mail that I almost invountarily clicked on.

    Its subject was 'hi'

    LOL be fore-warned.

Thanks Radegast for letting me know some loan wanks are behind those 300 "Hi" e-mails I get per week. Never opened a one of them. Funny how all the Opt-OUT spammers pushing loans and their phony credit repair crap have moved into CJ and other networks seeking to hook affiliates into pushing traffic to them.

Basically I refuse to dedicate any effort to promoting any vertical market embraced by the spammers. LOL as some fall for pushing Pills -Loans -Mortgages -Credit repair and Penis enlargements into any open e-mail orifice. They put up links for merchant posers who dilute those cookies with billions of e-mail house cookie links.

LOL Mike 'loan' was a Freudian slip.

    I meant to say 'lone'.

Don't know what was behind it 'cos I deleted it unread...

Oh well Guess I'll have to auto forward all the "Hi" e-mails to spamcop without knowing what they're pitching.

OH...is Microsoft having a bargain basement sale or do the counterfeiters continue to ignor the CAN-SPAM act? You'd think that with all of Bill Gates money he'd secretly offer rewards for whacking MS -S/W counterfeiting rings. Seems thta German 18 year old virus writer was turned in for a lousy $250,000 Microsoft tip-off fee.

I've seen a few slide by this week posing as an undeliverable E-mail notice from my ISP. I previewed them with MailWasher, and deleted them, but it seems the spammers are getting more creative these days.

AND no matter how many spam filters you have they still seem to find a way of getting their shit through!! Seems to me now with the anti-spam law in place the amount of spam has increased ten-fold. And as for the amount of viruses getting through... now that's another story!
