    How do I get different href styles in one page? I have my page setup with nested tables and gave certain <td> tags IDs. I have 3 different href styles I'd like to use but when I add the 3rd style to the sheet the first 2 take on the style of the 3rd. Am I clear on that explaination??? Also Haiko, Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this type of post. I wasn't sure if the prgramming was the proper on either.

    Thanks,
    Doug

    I think this is what you mean.

    First A link styles:

    A:link {style info}
    A:visited {style info}
    etc

    Second A link style:
    A.styletwo:link {style info}
    A.sytletwo:visited {style info}
    etc

    Third A link style:
    A.stylethree:link {style info}
    A.sytlethree:visited {style info}
    etc

    In your href tag, call whichever style of the 3 you are wanting. a href="url" class="styletwo"

    Right but can it be done with IDs in the <td> tag?? Seems like adding a class to every href in a call is more work than just giving a style to a <td> unless I can add the class to the td tag. hmmmm let me try something..

    Thanks

    Doug,

    There're plenty of good free tutorials and examples on many subjects, I learned a lot on that site, that's is why I recommend http://www.w3schools.com/ even on my sites.
