I'm methodically getting declined by affilates (banana, staples, gap to name a few).
My website has a fair amount of traffic (alexa traffic rank: 3,400).
I don't do gambling, porn, ect.
I've tried emailing these guys back, but I have a strong feeling the majority never check their inbox...
Any tips on this?

Some of those "biggie" places will decline based on certain criteria. Could be due to your site settings (categories), or what country you're in if outside of U.S., or could be due to your performance ranking (the little green bars near the top right of your CJ console).

Some programs will auto-decline for a number of reasons including your earnings rank and if you're an incentive site. You'll need to keep asking and get a reply back as to why you were declined.
