Looks like the Colorado state budget proposals are starting to move through the legislature next week. It does not appear to have anything indicating a "NY nexus" type initiative.
If someone hears or finds anything sneaky please let us know.

Nope, not safe. There's a bill that surfaced on Friday late, House Bill 1193.

If you're from Colorado, there will (hopefully) be a ton of activity this week kicking off a grassroots initiative to get in front of that.
The other state that's heating up is Virginia. New Mexico came up too, but that doesn't seem to be getting much traction there according to sources.
