Read the fine print on this one:

A New York State resident is (a) any individual who maintains a permanent place of abode in New York State and (b) any corporation incorporated under the laws of New York and (c) any corporation, association, partnership or other entity doing business or maintaining a place of business in New York State.
If this applies the same way to CO-affiliates, then just incorporating out of state is not enough. Even if you have a "friend's" address to use, since you are still in CO you are still "toast". I guess that is a problem for me now. Amazon makes a good chunk of my business income and if they drop me I need to find a replacement option (Walmart, target, etc.?)
