Merchant punished the wrong affiliate for spam email
Do you have the above experience?
Merchant usually identify spam email source
only by the affiliate code.
What happen if the spammer mistakenly insert your id for his spams email?
The merchant caught this activity and banned the wrong affiliate account.
The merchant do not even send an email to the innocent affiliate to inform his account status change.
The innocient affiliate continue to promote the merchant using the banner account id without even notice.
In the end, when the innocient affiliate notice his account is no longer active. He lost huge referral commission already.
Even the merchant notify the innocient affiliate when deactivated the account.
How can you proved to the merchant that the spam is not coming from you?
Seems very difficult, is it ?
And of course the merchant withhold all commission balance.
Call this bad luck ?
