    reporting feature needed
    I've communicated this to PJ already, but thought others may want to weigh in.

    Here's what I do each am... I check CJ, SAS, LS, various inhouse programs, and record the previous days sales. Simpe right? With this vital info I obviously make needed daily changes to campaigns, links, pages etc.

    I can't do this with PJ. Often sales don't show up for days. When sales do show up I must go back and individually check day by day to see what day the sale is being reported for.

    So, how about a "this month", "day by day" option in the reports.

    i am only with one program that was recently brought over - nhl.com

    nhl.com is definately not real time, it's days later. Do they batch? I don't know, they didn't at LS.

    Hopefully PJ can enlighten us.

    You don't run across this with LinkShare and GAN? I think both of them have quite a few batch-reporting merchants that take days (and sometimes weeks) to report. Also, I can think of a few on CJ.

    True, but with LS I'm able to use the data under 'signature orders', 'yesterday' for my purposes.

    That gives the 'processed sales' from the day before. (Not the actual sales, they reflect under the day they occured much like PJ). But at least its a constant and minimizes the issue of batched sales. I'd be content with something like this at PJ. Anything that keeps me from going through the days of the month one by one running transaction reports.

    All TrueAction client (we recently re-branded the digital agency of GSI Commerce) data is currently delivered via batch files that include processed order information for both Pepperjam AND LinkShare. This is probably why you are experiencing it with NHL (and would see the same thing with any other program of ours that you are joined to).
