Wow, only 5 more weeks before I am off to my homeland.

My wife and kids are American, and they have never been to England.

I got my new passport today. It cost $141. Holy crap. How much are passports in England? I had to send mine off to the British Embassy in Washington DC

Has anyone who is in England been to Alton Towers recently? I am planning a 2 day trip for all of us to go to Alton Towers. I haven't been for about 8 years. I am wondering how much it has changed since I last went.

It has been 2 1/2 years since I was in England. I am sure things have changed quite a bit in that time.

Even though I have a new British Passport, I do feel as though I now belong in the USA.

Are there any other Brits living in the USA on this forum?

It will be nice to be back in England for 2 weeks

I love going back to England, London as changed alot, its much more cosmplotion than it used be. lots of cafe's and clean.

$141 is alot I think I had to pay that much, in england its cheaper.
