    Google Malware
I have a site for a client that I have just got a malware virus on. I have contacted Hostgator now I am told to contact google to get it removed from their query. Does anyone know how I should do this. I have a google webmasters account, but have never dealt with this BS before.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You log into Google Webmaster tools for that site and it will tell you the warning and give you a link to tell them it's been fixed. I had to do this for a bunch of sites a couple years ago when there was a widespread WP hack and I had sites on a bad server. They removed the warning within a few hours.
