Not so long ago my Company asked me to work on our social presence. That was something that I was more than happy to do being that I enjoy the social media experience. Obviously the first two sites to focus on were Facebook and Twitter. It's been a lot of fun getting working with this and seeing the results. Obviously as a marketing too its been great but what we have found on Facebook is that its a great Customer Service tool as well. People leave comments with issues and we respond and work with them. It's become another channel for Marketing as well as CS to connect with the customers. I'd love to hear how you are using your Facebook page.
