Many years ago I started a new job as a development planner for a real estate company in the mountains of northern CO. On my first day at work a package full of property sales maps arrived. I opened them up and the first thing I saw, right in the center of the map, "Beaver Meadows - Pubic Recreation Area". I've held onto the only remaining copy and former employees have offered me up to $200 for it. I can't sell something so priceless. It's hanging im my office as a reminder to proof read everything twice.
