I am wondering if FTC will come back with an appeal, which I hope they do.

Comcast ruling sets Net neutrality precedent
Net neutrality appeal denied. The ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia said that FCC does not have the authority to require Comcast to treat all Internet traffic the same on its network.

FCC has done suck a knock up of regulating radio and the entire landscape of radio is homogenized.

I might be entertained to listen to talk radio all day with the likes of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and others.

I would never want the internet to have that kind of legal chokehold. Pass.
