Macy's Link in Data Feed does not work for me
We recently just found lots of product links provided in Macy's data feed does not work. Here is an example:

    http://click.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/click?id=<xxxxxx>&offerid=<xxxxxx>.<xxxxx>&type=15&subid=0

Does anyone know what is the problem?

    Hi,

I do confirm that there is something wrong in the Macy's datafeed. We are trying to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Will keep everyone updated on this forum.

Now, the link problem fixed. However, the SKU (Item #) field is not correct now. It is filled in with the UPC instead of the SKU (item #).

    For example, this item:
    http://www.macys.com/catalog/product...ognc?ID=467766

It SKU (Item #) should be 467766. But, in the feed, it is 613710551924, which is the UPC. Please help get this problem fixed ASAP.

    Hi a15648,

Thanks for pointing this out I have alerted the Account Manager for Macy's who will look into this issue. I will keep you updated when I receive a response.

Is there any update for this issue? We still see the UPC code filled in as SKU in the feed.

    Hi,

Here is the response I got from the Account Manager.

Macys.com moved to add the attribute file to their merchandiser feed, which is UPC based, not SKU based, as it’s broken down to size/color/etc. instead of the general item.

So it seems like Macy's will stick with this change.
