The last update datafeed file was 15/12, which was a corrupt file, unable to decompress. If anybody receive datafile in this few days?

Is anyone getting the datafeed on a current basis? We still haven't received notice of one since 12/15.

Yes, I get the feed (almost) every day, sometimes twice a day due to the time difference.

They still haven't set me up for the ftp yet.
I am getting the html link sent everyday, and I might add I asked for pipe delimited and am getting comma.
But I'm getting it so I'm not complaining

Can't get to it either. I'm glad I'm not paying for this. No updates in 5 days, Todd ignores our questions, datafiles tooooo big to handle.

Value added service. NOT!!!

I've been getting mine every day and haven't had any problems. My original and only complaint was regarding the file size but I've since solved those problems on my end.

Thanks for replying and letting me know. I can handle HUGE files but I need it first!

I'm confused. I was set up for the datafeed in mid november ... but the ZIP file has never been updated. Its still dated 11/21. Is this supposed to be updated on a regular basis? And also, there was no mention of FTP, no emails, nothing ... is there anything else that had to be done to set all this up? I can't connect today. A box comes up and says (among other stuff) "A connection with the server cannot be established".

Other than that, I've been getting the feed daily. There was a couple of days' delay in getting it set up but since then, it's been aces until today.

There haven't been any other problems except for having to yank out the 2 deactivateds that mysteriously appear.

Hm! Maybe you're getting yours by a different method...

For me--the "datatransfer" address isn't transferring any! The connection still "cannot be established".

A few minutes ago. It became apparent that no CJ tech-elves were reading this thread, so I made it official. The only thing to do now, it seems, is wait and see what happens. And be glad I didn't delete yesterday's!

When I get an email, I click on the link, enter my password and stuff and away it goes.

Today's feed (the 20th's, that is, since it's technically "tomorrow" now) finally became accessible shortly after I reported it.

Strange how only some of us were affected. Maybe it was something along the way (localized DNS problem?).
