    Motorcycle Superstore, Whats Wrong?
I sent more than 2000 targeted clicks this month and no sales, last month i had around 50 sales from less clicks. I tried to contact them with no success, epc dropped from €20 to €15 in one week. Anyone is having the same problem with this advertiser? Thanks!

After sending over 1500 clicks to them and not able to get a response from either of two messages I sent them, I dumped them and pulled all of their links. I've never sent that much traffic to a merchant without having some sales.

I will do the same. I will have some problems because im using their product feeds and i have thousands of pages indexed with their products, but i really dont care its better to loose thousands of pages than send them thousands of dollars for free.

Did you contact the network and alert them of this?

This is not the first time i had this kind of problems with an advertiser, i contacted CJ before, just look what was their reply last time i did it:
"Thank you for your inquiry. We do not have anyone here at CJ who is managing the account, so our only contact will be the same as the contact you are reaching. We will place a note over to the advertiser, but there is no guaranteeing they will respond to our inquiries either."

I like CJ because of the number of advertisers and because they always pay on time, but if you have a problem...

CJ is good, they are helping me with a problem with a merchant right now. It took awhile for my first support ticket though (over 1 1/2 weeks) until I followed up with another one, then it took two days.

You just always have to stay on top of everything and check your links and watch close. To many sneaky merchants.

Its difficult that they could help with a case like this, because i cannot say how many sales i made, even if i have more clicks from the same traffic sources.

They've never helped me with a merchant. I've always had to fight my own battles.

Over 10 days to respond to a support request wouldn't be considered "good" in most industries. Oh well, welcome to the world of lowered expectations.

In my experience, the only way I've ever received support from CJ was through a phone call.

I work as a Financial Reporting Manager/Billing Manager in my day job. I would never tolerate this behavior from my customer specialist reps.

All emails need to be replied within one day and all voicemail messages must be returned within the same day (Unless a rep is out of the office).

I've worked in the Finance world for 12 years and this lackluster communication by CJ and it's inability to:
    1) Act as a mediator and
    2) Return emails in a timely manner

    is unacceptable.

I hope we don't live with this because we feel that's the way business should be conducted in the affiliate marketing world.

send me your affiliate info at affiliate@motorcycle-superstore.com and I'll see what is going on. I haven't seen any emails regarding these issues.

    Thanks,
