BTW, note this little snippet from David's blog post:
"...that allows our response times to be as fast as they are: our median time to first response on an affiliate support ticket is under 2 hours (not bad considering that includes support requests received during off-hours and on weekends)."
Not too shabby...if I do say so myself

Big improvement to the best network support of all. Figure out a way for me to quit as an affiliate and make it selling AvantLink. I'm a big fan.
The little guy in your avatar has a definite take charge leadership look in his face. Very nice picture.
