If you're using tools such as phpbay that rewrite your eBay links to make them SEO friendly you'll need to be aware of this:
Phpbay was updated in light of this change (the developer rocks - was totally on top of this situation!) so if you're using it make sure to update to the latest version.

Just an additional warning... The default redirect logic with most web software is a temporary 302 redirect, so you will want to check your EPN redirects so that you don't get terminated from EPN. For example, my redirects in .NET were:
Which is a 302. Just for grins, here is a way to do a .NET 301 (moved permanently) redirect:
context.Response.Status = "301 Moved Permanently";
context.Response.StatusCode = 301;
