    Arrow Help Me! If You are Commission Junction User : discrepancy of Lead Counts
    There is no Forum/blog in Commission Junction site so I need your help.

    1. Leads counts on Home page
    On home page just after you log in,you can see item “Leads” in “Quick Stats” table on the right. And you see Lead counts.

    2. Leads counts “Performance Reports” page
    Also You click tab “Run Reports” and tab “Performance Reports” and you can see Leads counts in a different way.

    The problem is they are different numbers.

    I got a reply from Commission Junction direct quote below.

    We've had several reports lately of the Quickstats being inaccurate. This is bug in our system, and we are working to get that fixed. Meanwhile, please refer to the Run Reports tab. The Reports are accurate and the Quickstats are not. All of your links and actions are tracking properly.

    I would like to know if other people are experiencing the same.

    The discrepancy is not one or two. It is 18 so this equates $9(=18 leads x $0.5/Lead).
    What if 18 leads is 18 sales(I know it is too optimistic!!) as they are saying there is a bug in their system.

    I AM VERY MUCH WORRIED as it took 50 days for them to reply me, though normally they respond quickly.
    I started wondering this might be isolated case and I might be the only person suffering.
    I really appreciate your help.

    The most accurate/up to date stats are in the transaction reports.

    It seems like Quick Stats are ahead of performance reports in the early morning, but lag seriously behind from late morning through the rest of the day.

    I agree your comments.
    but my case is not caused by time lag.
    18 Leads difference did not happen at once .
    It has been happening over 2 months.
    I today,1 anotherday without commissionns credited.
    CJ admits there is a bug and others are experiencing the same.
    But I do no feel confortable unless OTHER PEOPLE IN THIS FORUM REPORT THE SAME.

    I have noticed that Transaction Reports sometimes displays one or two sales more than Performance Reports, so it could be true that this is more current.

    Performance Reports features the line graph, etc, and it might need more time to work data into the system...?

    All guesses on my part..

    Transaction reports are inaccurate for me for 25th May. Many sales are missing which show fine under performance reports.

    Transaction report, performance report, and quick stats all have the same data for 5/25 for me.
