    My April 2010 Payment Missing
    No one answer me on delay of commission payment from Buy.at in April'10.
    Please help!!

    Angry Delay of commission payment in April'10.
    Dear All,

    I still do not get my commission payment in April'10. Any delay of payment???
    I sent payment enquiry but no one response to my mail. Could you please suggest me on this matter?

    Unfortunately, I have contacted Buy.at for payment enquiry but no one response to me.
    I still do not get my commission in April'10. Generally, I will get it on time.
    Hopefully, someone at Buy.at will not let me down.

    I responded in your other thread, but wanted to touch base here as well since you mention a payment issue.

    Payment should have been received by you on April 29th. If you have not seen it credited, please email me on Kimberly.Salvino (at) buy (dot) at and I will have our Accounts Department look into it immediately.

    I know that your payment issue was resolved.

    As for the issue surrounding the Airfare commission, I had thought that was also resolved. As we discussed previously, the codes were not being sent to buy.at to assign the proper commission value, and we needed to get the necessary data from the advertiser in order to reprocess the commission value.

    It is important to note that no sales went untracked during this time, and instead just showed in the management area at $0 commission, as we could not assign the proper payout without the codes supplied by the advertiser.

    That said, we did receive the data and Tech reprocessed all transactions. If this did not happen to yours, I apologize and will look into it to immediately.
