    Seasonal Keyword Research Tools
I've used adwords.google.com and my biggest complaint, aside from hating the new layout, is I can't find how many searches there were for a keyword on a monthly basis. They do have a bar chart available that shows the trends, but it doesn't provide a number to go with the bar for each month.

Does anyone know of a tool that can show a granular report on the number of monthly keyword searches?

I don't know about month by month but you can see last month's and year average if you're talking about the Google Keyword Tool. They updated it recently, I didn't like it either so I bookmarked the old/legacy one - https://adwords.google.com/select/Ke...rceLegacy=true

    I've never tried this but - http://www.keyworddiscovery.com/tour-trends.html

You're going to have to pay for that one.

KeywordDiscovery.com might work, in the demo linked it shows monthly searches, don't know about the quality. But at least it's something to test.

Yep, not to be confused with the Trillian chat software. I've seen it mentioned a few times before in keyword tool threads, not sure if anybody here is using the paid version and can tell us if it's any good or not.

I utilized Trellian [edit: paid version] in 2007/8. At that time, I thought the AdWords tool was better. However, I probably didn't max out the functionality at Trellian. It requires a lot of digging to find what you're looking for.

To max it out, it also requires a little $$$. About $70 a month for the standard, about $200 a month for the Professional. Which plan did you have back in 2007/2008?
