    Question Rules On Publishing E-Mails
What are the rules on publishing e-mails from merchants or AMs on ABW?

Like can you give the name of the merchant and/or name of the affiliate manager?

Say you have an e-mail from a merchant and/or AM that you think is unethical.

Can you publish the e-mail, merchant and name of the one who sent it?

Sort of... I report... You decide... As far as whether it is unethical.

There's no rule against it, but it's common courtesy to 1) try to resolve things privately first, 2) remove personal information when/if you repost an email, and 3) share only if it's something that would benefit the community, not just for personal support. If you've given the AM a chance to resolve things privately, aren't sharing personal information, and it is something that would benefit the community, I don't see a problem with taking a problem public.

I would urge you to be cautious with any CJ emails. They get touchy.

CJ threatens people when they publically post internal emails. So like Michael said, be careful and if you can, post the email without identifying info at first. Just search for the name Billy Kay if you want to see lots of bad emails posted from clueless AMs. And from those posts *some* AMs learned something and got better at what they do.

There are plenty of other members that have posted snippets from AM emails also.
