    Low Funds?
It's hard when you try to add more merchants and you find that they are low on funds.
I just have no choice but to pass them up. It's to bad we cannot get a monthly report from Sharesale as to who is in this situation.

It is a situation that can change hourly so it wouldn't help to have a monthly report. Even Auto Deposit merchants can show low funds. I would never pass up a good merchant based on that one criteria, unless it was a merchant who is not on Auto Deposit and the status is chronic. It is better to view their online status history than their current status.

I agree that "Low Funds" status is generally not an issue with merchants who are on Auto-Deposit, and my focus is on "Offline History."

At one point I was working on a "scoring system" based on Offline History, starting with a formula that included frequency, duration, and recency of offline status.

Low Funds is also a relative term. The merchant sets the threshold for that notice, so it's possible that they have enough left to pay commissions on the next 1,000 sales (although unlikely).

Mr. Welch's approach is generally the most fool proof. If there is such a thing.

Low funds kicks in at a set level for every account Kevin. Your low funds notification and where the low funds showing to affiliates are two different things.

Really? I don't remember them changing that, and it was discussed ad nauseum several years ago. Good to know.
