    Actually, the trademark is Crock-Pot and I want to use wordCrockpots in a domain name. ANyone know if I could run into problems with this? thanks.

    If it is a trademarked name, then you shouldn't include that name in your domain name.

    If I owned crockpots.com, I would take action if you used wordrockpots.com or whatever the domain might be

    Trademarks cannot be incorporated into a domain name because it is an infringement. This has been the experience of many of our clients who have had to change their domain names ans research a new name. The latest I heard was REALTOR protecting it's mark against agents who used it in their domain names.
